Perhaps you're questioning your relationship or marriage, struggling after a break-up, finding it difficult to let someone go, or trying to make sense of betrayal or loss.

Supporting you through Relationships, Endings and Loss
Christine Ann, Psychodynamic Counsellor
Registered BPC and MBACP
Relationships can bring up feelings that can be difficult to understand. You may find yourself questioning your relationship, struggling after a break-up, unable to let someone go, or trying to make sense of betrayal or loss.
As a psychodynamic counsellor, I am interested in what may be happening beneath the surface. Earlier relationships and experiences can sometimes influence the patterns we repeat, the way we relate to others and how we respond when relationships change or end.
I offer a warm, confidential and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly about what is happening without being told what you should do.
Together, we can slow things down, make sense of what you're experiencing and begin to understand yourself and your relationships more deeply.
You don't have to have everything worked out before you come to counselling. We can start with where you are.

How I Can Help
A space to understand what you're experiencing and explore what may be happening beneath the surface.

Relationship difficulties
Perhaps you're questioning your relationship or marriage, unsure what you want, or struggling with patterns that seem to keep repeating.

Break-ups and letting go
You may be struggling to move on after a relationship has ended, still thinking about someone, or finding that an ending has affected you more deeply than you expected.

Betrayal and loss of trust
An affair or betrayal can leave you questioning yourself, your relationship and what happens next. Counselling can offer space to make sense of what you're experiencing.

Loss and endings
Some endings are not straightforward. We can explore the grief, feelings and changes that can come when something important in your life has been lost or changed.
